Who we are

Rulfo is operated by Okkosa. This policy covers rulfo.xyz and the Rulfo waitlist. Once the product launches, an expanded policy will cover the app itself; we’ll notify waitlist members before that takes effect.

What we collect

At the waitlist stage, that’s deliberately small:

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist, so we can contact you about your beta spot.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about which pages get visited, used in aggregate to improve the site. No advertising trackers.

When the product launches and you choose to use it, Rulfo will also collect the profile details you provide (such as sizes, build, budget ranges, and style preferences) and your feedback on what you kept or returned. That information exists to make recommendations fit. A full-body photo is never required.

How we use it

• To tell you when your beta access is ready.
• To recommend clothing that fits your body, budget, and week.
• To improve sizing and recommendation quality over time.
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not use your data to train models for unrelated purposes, and we don’t sell it.

Affiliate links

Some product recommendations link out to retailers through affiliate programs, which means we may earn a commission if you buy. That never changes which products we recommend; picks are chosen on fit, not on commission. Outbound links may pass a tracking tag to the retailer so the purchase is attributed to us.

Who we share with

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email delivery and hosting), under agreements that limit them to that purpose. We disclose data if required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information to advertisers.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email to leave the waitlist.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it.
• Decline optional information; required fields are kept to a minimum.

Data retention & security

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We protect data with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be emailed.
